bought a brand new samsung refrigerator, works fine till it updated and now the cameras dont work. it worked correctly for about 1 hour then it quit. samsung says theres no techs in my area?? what? i live 30 minutes from a major city. i dont think i will buy a samsung again. i will go back to kitchenaid

was told allow 6-8hrs for cool down when we got it.. done that and it “cooled” down some so i messed with the famy hub and it was hands down awesome the fridge itself was “luxury” if you will … problem is the fridge and freezer never truly cooled down ive had it on for over 24hrs and the fridge is still at 65° when i have it set on 34°. the freezer never got below 46° but would always go back up to 60s. contacted support about the unit and they couldnt even find it in their systems so i knew right then the fridge would never get fixed.

i bought a samsung four-door refrigerator with a display. i don’t know what model it is, but since choosing this expensive refrigerator, our family’s nightmare has begun. why? because if the power is off for 1 second, the refrigerator will stop working. it may be 24 hours or 48 hours, but you don't know when it will recover. the same problem will occur if the water filter is not replaced in time, why! ! ! this is a very stupid design that makes my food useless. i need to buy another refrigerator as a spare. when this refrigerator is not working, i need to take out the food. this is an expensive lesson. i will not buy any samsung brand in the future, nor will i recommend friends to buy it.

we bought our fridge in 2019 and found out about the ice maker issue that has been going on since 2006. our experience was, a few months after buying this fridge no ice was coming out. tried to remove the ice drawer and it was frozen in place. we would fix it, and less than a month later it would freeze up again. eventually the ice starts melting and pouring water out of the fridge. samsung's fix action was "update the software" which i did and we've still had issues with the icemaker. it's shut off right now, but continues to freeze up/leak water. i will never buy a samsung appliance again.

we fully expected to love this fridge. we love our samsung washer & dryer & a 75” qled tv. when we redid our kitchen we got a samsung range, microwave, dishwasher & splurged on this fridge. first 3 are fine but this fridge has an icemaker flaw that makes it a nightmare. the entire unit becomes frozen solid & has to be thawed to get the tray out every few weeks. yesterday i found the whole thing at 80 degrees & water all over the floor. i turned off the ice maker in settings, but after 10 seconds it turns itself back on, so i just pulled the plug & tossed all the food. we may buy a different brand instead of throwing away another $1000+ away to fix this $4000+ fridge with a garbage ice maker.
