LG Appliances 4.8 cu. ft. Mega Capacity Smart wi-fi Enabled Top Load Washer with Agitator and TurboWash3D™ Technology

I bought this model on April 9 2021 and saw it is now discontinued. Im disappointed because if something does happen to my washer I most likely wont be able to find parts for it or the whole unit itself. I love this washer. Mine has not had one problem and I bought a 3 year service agreement. I hope thats not or will be the issue were it malfunction or break.

This is the second LG washer we have had to purchase in the last 2 years. The first washer had multiple issues that would have been costly to repair. The machine would not even turn on. We discovered on the internet that there are a lot of people who are having that issue. There are videos that walk you through a reset. The owners manual tells you how to reset it so it will start. Sometimes that works for 5 minutes 5 hours 5 days or until it wont even start after the reset. The new machine appears to have the same circuit board. We decided to purchase a new one. The only thing available that would match our LG dryer was an upgrade. We had the expense of doing laundry at the laundromat and the expense of disposal of the broken machine not to mention the cost of a brand new washer. We are talking about several thousands of dollars we have spent on LG appliances. I have had communication with several LG employees including a Presidential Liaison. The best we have been offered is a rebate on the new washer or $40.00 for laundry expenses. I could barely hear one customer service representative because she was working from home and she had a lot of roosters crowing near by the phone. She thought that was funny. I thought it was very unprofessional. At this time I dont know about my new washer. I am waiting to see if it preforms any better than the one we replaced. I do not feel LG honors or respects their customers appropriately.

Very disappointed If I put clothes in at a normal wash they some dont even get wet So I wash EVERYTHING on a full water wash I NEVER use softener because the tub dasher are cover w/ softener resado

I bought this machine 3 years ago..never gets my clothes clean no matter how many different things I try and now its broken and wont turn on. Service has been awful. Wish I could afford a new washer.
