Timer was getting stuck on 46 minutes. We bought it for new home. Sat unused for more than 30 days (Lowe’s return policy void) Had to be serviced by whirlpool techs. Replaced new “brain” and now working great. Fingers crossed!

So far so good, doing its job. Gave a 4 on size, seems a bit small, but ok for me & 4 * on noise, is a bit loud, but probably normal.

We had Samsung for over 10 years and had zero issues! When went to best buy and decided to go with the Whirlpool models because of the pedistal deal, which saved us $300. That was the biggest mistake! From Day one this washer does do a good job cleaning the clothes, the problem is with the spin cycle, this thing shakes, rattles and roles on that.. I have had the install team back and they relveled the machine that didnt work, I bought some special rubber feet for the bottom and that didnt work.. now im stuck with it. Best buy only allows 14 days to return, i called on the 15th. they said poor me... I have noticed in alot of teh comments other people are having the same issue.. So the Design team needs to fix this... Other than that, it would of been a awesome machine. I have 2 choices, get some straps or a match and some gas to resolve it lol
