This dishwasher is well designed and works well as expected. The one issue I've had is the dispensing of soap. We have hard water in NJ, and I have found that between cleanings, the soap dispenser door will get stuck and not open during the cycle. I have figured out the door can be removed and cleaned which helps a lot. This inconvenience is noteworthy IMO.

Our dishwasher was included with the house we purchased. It is in a very open concept kitchen but it is so quiet, you can't tell it's on. Easy dish rack arrangement. Love the top utensil tray! Cleans thoroughly every time. We use a powerball detergent. Highly recommend. Great DW for the price!

cleans fine, but frustrating drain sensor error

It cleans great, and is quiet. But ours is not that old, and consistently gives E24 errors saying the drain is blocked. I've troubleshot it multiple times and can't see any clog. If we let it sit for days or weeks, it works again. We've had technicians come out where this happened....total waste of money. I chalk it up to the sensor for the drain clog being too sensitive. We sprung for a Bosch to avoid performance issues. We are selling our house, and now have to replace this before we leave because it is so unreliable.

This would be a fine dishwasher but for the fact that the power no longer turns on. We had same issue with previous Bosch and they needed to replace the control panel. If you stand by your product, then you should cover the cost for the servicing. A minimum $160 fee is outrageous.
