Cannot wipe away spashing from broiling

I have this oven in stainless steel exterior finish. I like the features, but it is impossible to wipe off grease splashing on the interior finish from any broiled foods. Using anything other than clear water on the interior finish does not remove anything and the specific recommendations to clean the interior say no chemicals should be used on the wipe free finish. This is not a wipe clean finish. As time has gone on, the mess just keeps building up as you cannot wipe clean when it is hot.

I bought this to help fill the gap during a kitchen renovation,,,,and it remains one of the most used appliances post renovation! Beyond perfect toast, I find myself using it for small reheats and quick cooking despite a new microwave and commercial stove. Great buy!

I was able to host Easter. Since my built-in range/oven does not work I have not hosted a family celebratory meal. But this KitchenAid countertop can do it all. From roasting a leg of lamb to my yeast rolls. Nothing did not turn out just like a large oven
