By Deisgn the shelves are not wide enough. The lock for the ice and water is not easy to remove. That may be by design. The ice is not small enough when it crush. I like the look, color, fits my space good. It look good in my kitchen . At this point I do not have any major No? I like it .

Cheap construction. Two interior bins have broken and the last one is no longer available. The ice dispenser is crazy. Ice just comes flying out.

We have used this for over a month, and I must say looking at it I love it, like all counter depth, expect a smaller fridge but remember you getting more kitchen space infront. Functionally it serves the purpose, water and ice dispenser works perfectly so far. I have not checked the manual to see if the ice maker will stop making ice once the receptable inside the freezer is full. We dont use the ice, so remember to empty this out or everything inside may get frozen. Like cons I read from other users, the ice maker is loud at dumping the ice, and filling the water. But this is what Bosch can work on in the development. Yes, I recommnend this fridge. Love it

Water dispenser keeps freezing up, noisy ice maker

We purchased this model 5/23/22. We have had the ice maker replaced because it was so noisy, spitting ice into the freezer and all over the floor. It still seems to be a noisy ice maker. Also the water dispenser has frozen up 4 times and won't dispense water. The ice maker still works but the water is frozen. Last night I filled my glass with water at 10 pm, at 2 am I went in to get a glass of water and it is frozen again. Once it thawed out on it's own after a week, but the other times the technician has come to see what is going on and fix the problem. Last time the technician called in to Bosch to find out why it is having a problem but wasn't able to get an answer as to what is causing the problem.
