Amazing Refrigerator except of one thing

when i saw this refrigerator at the store, i really liked it and when it was delivered to my home, i was happy. the fridge looks great, the finish is smooth and clean. the screen is what separates this fridge from others, it is smart. i have it linked to my phone so i can see inside the fridge from far. i also can play music or videos from the screen. the board can be changed to include pictures, a video and reminders so no more writing on a board. i like the cool white led s inside the fridge, it is bright and energizing. good size since it can hold a lot of things inside. the filter is easy to replace, just unscrew off and screw on the new one. the ice cubes look great, and it is plenty that it holds. but it is loud, samsung came out and said it was normal.

after hundreds of calls and emails to jonathan, pamela, rafael and other people at samsung since september 2020 and today january 2021 my refrigerator was never fixed. they sent a couple of technicians my door and promised to fix and or replaced and never happened and still waiting. this is an embarrassment since i had to explain to family and friends about my fridge not having a door handle and hub not working i'll never buy any samsung products again!!!

our refrigerator died 96 days after it was delivered. this "smart" refrigerator doesn't even know it's broken. the fridge does not freeze or refrigerate at this point. there apparently is only one authorized service center near us, service quick. they cannot come to fix the unit until thanksgiving day - 8 days after the failure! worse, they're making their techs work on thanksgiving day?! according to samsung's case management -warranty repair performed on a fridge within 14 days is reasonable. i will never buy another samsung appliance.

i was very disappointed to find out that this product does not have an external water and ice dispenser as the specs outline.
