This washer shakes the whole house. We had it replaced after first buying it and the problem persists. We have done all the suggestions ie level check shipping bolts etc and it hasnt helped. I use to love LG for their quality but this has completely changed my mind.

The induction works wonderfully and so does the oven. The optional mini oven doesnt preheat to 500 but the general oven does which is great for bread.

We have had a rough go with Lg products. When they work they are wonderful. This was our third LG appliance to have a major issue in the first 2-3 years we had it. We have LG care plan but it has been a nightmare trying to get this fixed. Ive been without a working washing machine for 26 days and the Lg chosen appliance company is still waiting on a part. Pretty disappointed. Mold in gasket is hard to control well.

It works well but a major part broke right before my 5-year extended warranty ended. The major part was the front panel processor.
