I loved this product and have been using a year. After using it a year it does not work properly and keep displaying error code. I requested a service to repair but LG customer center does not able to provide repair service more than 2 months.

Received the product but delivery company RXO 1. No prior contact LG informed that delivery company would contact me in advance but there was no advanced contact 2. Delivery company RXO entering our property without my permission. They just dropped the product inside of the house and leave without notice installation. 3. My wife called and complained about this incident but there was no action at all from lg. Delivery company RXO was so horrible lg has to change the delivery company.

The Styler is a welcome addition to my laundry routine. I use it regularly to sanitize pillows and to dry damp raincoats. Its also a great way to sanitize stuffed toys. I have also used it to steam and refresh curtains. If you have any type of allergy to dust or mold then this is an indispensable appliance to stay healthy. The slim design fits almost anywhere and the Styler is very easy to use. The smoky mirror front is a nice addition to the design.

With kids running around and family activities outside this styler helps in all aspects of life. The kids always make their stuffed animals dirty so having the styler sanitize their toys helps with keeping our hygiene up. With clothes I tested the styler out after barbecuing. There was a big smoky smell on my clothes so I placed the clothes in the Styler and put the status on Refresh Light. The Styler took 20 minutes and got the smell out of the clothes. The Styler does its job I guess its more getting used to which settings for which fabrics. In addition the mirror finish doubled as a stand up mirror which we have been in the market for.
