In 2016 we bought all new LG appliances stove microwave dishwasher and refrigerator. We had 3 compressors put on our refrigerator and had our stove serviced 5 times between Nov. 2022 and Feb. 2023. Each time out the serviceman were not able to resolve the issue. When our store contact LG they refused to stand by their product because it was out of warranty. LG refused to follow up with us not send out one of their own service people. Horrible service and horrible products. LG DOES NOT and WILL NOT stand by their products. We ended up buying a new stove that was not LG. Stand clear of LG appliances.

I bought this range 2 years ago. The oven door has never closed properly and the door open alarm sounded often while the oven was in use. During the warranty period LG came and replaced the door hinges gasket and inner lining. The problem was fixed for awhile but then happened again after the warranty period ended. Now all I hear from LG is that there is nothing they can do because its past the warranty period. Obviously this was a problem that started before the warranty period ended You can see that the door doesnt close properly because you can see that the oven light is on from the side of the oven door I am very dissatisfied with this product and its very annoying to have to keep pushing the oven door closed to stop the door open alarm... which happens multiple times while baking or roasting

I have both for the last 5 years and love it. I had to convert my stove to gas which cost me a pretty penny but I wanted the stove

1 year warranty too short. I bought a 4-piece kitchen suite The oven gave out due to a failed igniter not covered by warranty. I paid for the service call and part. The microwave magnetron failed. The price quoted for an assessment of the problem as well as the part was almost a much as I paid for the item again not covered by the warranty.

My range is 6 years old and had to replace the igniter. Not cheap but a lot better than buying a new range. This LG cooks evenly and the convection is nice produces light airy baked goods
