I purchased this unit in 2017 and it has been nothing but an excellent cooling unit. The features are programmable and the cooling time is within minutes.

The technician was unappropriated with comments like are you ready to hate me I been doing this for over 20 years you husband wouldnt want me to come at three in the morning to hear the sound on the air conditioner and left the house with all his sarcastic comments closing the claim saying it was fix. after a month and 3 visits more than 20 calls and emails to the presidential email nothing has been done or no one has returned my calls.

All I can say you guys need more training even I figure out the problem my self and I got my portable ac back and running. Thanks for your advise even dose not work as plan goes.

I receive this with my new home and I am glad it is so reliable and powerful. In the NW we just went through a heat wave and this unit worked like a champ. So much better than a window unit.

I bought this air conditioner in 2018 and we are now in 2022 and the machine no longer doing its job. It is only blowing the hot muggy air from outside and bring in dust. As much as you clean the filters it dont help I tried to reach out to LG and got no help and also jc penny where I bought it originally. I will not buy another LG portable Air conditioner again when I can afford one cause at this it is not possible to get one. It is sad how I have been treated. Never again.
