LG Appliances 24 cu. ft. French Door Counter-Depth Refrigerator

Sealed system failed in less than 7 years. Customer service is not easy to work with to fix issue.

Bought it because it was rated one of the best refrigerators. I dont agree now. Even had a class action suit against LG because of so many compressors going out

My LG refrigerator its a nice looking and it works with Customer Service and the extended warranty is a must of this product as they have changed my compressor out several times and also the icemaker but the service tech from Lg was awesome would definitely recommend

LG Refrigerator Model:LFXC24726D.ASBCNA2 stopped making ice and freezer stopped freezing. Food slowly thawed over a week or so then made very loud fan noises non-stop for a couple of weeks before fan totally died. While that was happening went through home warranty company to get an LG tech out. Finally did after an additional week. He replaced freezer back panel with dead freezer fan code E FF. Didnt check or run diagnostic on whole fridge/system. After he left I noticed he and his tool bag had scratched up my wood floor around the refrigerator Refrigerator back to ORIGINAL PROBLEMS of NOT making ice or keeping food frozen Tech Kyle Refused to respond to requests to come back and fix it right Complained to LG ELECTRONICS Alabama Inc original POC. Phone rep was very RUDE and refused to help. Just kept repeating Tech said he fixed the problem. During the whole call there were loud crickets and Roosters making noise in the background. Rep put me on hold then hung up Now trying to go back through warranty company with great difficulty Extremely frustrating and awful service from LG STILL NO WORKING ICE MAKER OR WORKING FREEZER

Broke twice already in the last 8 years. Repair is expensive.
