I have had this washer/dryer set and both have been great. I would have rated 5 stars but I still have to leave the door open as it does smell musty. Dont leave clothes inside otherwise they will stink. I dont know if the manufacturers have improved on that feature. This is my 3rd set of front loader and I love them over the old fashion type. In my opinion and 40+ years experience LG has been a great brand for this style of washer/dryer.

Our front load washer has not a single issue knock on wood. We have owned the unit for four years and it has been incredibly reliable for us.

Weve had our LG washer Model # WM3700HWA for 1 year and 11 months now. Weve been experiencing a horrible odor coming from the washer. The odor stings my eyes/irritates my sinuses. There is mold on the gasket. We clean it drained the line cleaned the lint trap still smells. Used bleach w/ tub clean still smells. Chatted with a rep at LG told me it was my pipes. MY PIPES WERE RECENTLY INSPECTED HYDRO-JETTED/CLEANED BY THE PLUMBER. LG takes zero accountability. I have owned a lot of washers in my life. I have NEVER experienced such an issue. When did they start making washing machines that smell? Read online many others with the same issue who said You have to keep the door open to let it air out or else Since when did they start making washing machines that need to constantly be babied or else theyll stink? I AM NOT HAPPY WITH THIS MACHINE and I do NOT recommend it nor do I recommend LG - zero accountability.

This is the first LG Washer and first Front-Loader model I have purchased. Although I have yet to try out the Wi-Fi capabilities of my washer manual operation is already a true delight easy to understand and operate -- and it sings to me when the cycle is completed - much easier on my senses than the BUZZ of my previous washer. but for those of you who might not wish to hear any end of cycle signal there is a way to turn it off... I look forward to many years of use of my new washer and dryer. Thank you LG.

This product would be 3 years old November 2023 and the counter balance lost 2 screws and made a noise like a jet engine. Even after replacing the screws it was beyond repair. LGs warranty is only 2 years so we are out of luck and have to buy a whole new washing machine Not happy.
