Replaced in-sink disposer last month. It is very quiet and efficient. I now realize the old disposal was noisy and not as powerful. I Am very pleased and would highly recommend to my friends.

My last disposal began leaking from the bottom. I checked online and found that it was probably a broken seal inside. I decided to replace the unit instead of trying to fix it. I checked the model on the old one and bought the exact same model. The removal of the old one, and installation of the new one only took a few minutes. I was able to leave the sink collar because it was an exact match. The only part of the installation that took a while was I needed to uninstall the electrical cord from the old unit and install it on the new one. I feel it would be better to have the electric cord installed at the Factory but, I understand why it’s not. Not everyone has an outlet under the sink and have just the rough cable to hard wire it.
