I thought I was buying one of the best products so I spent good money on my double oven range. The big cooking element on the right front does not work. Someone from LG came to service it and less then a week later it is not working again. I called LG and they said they were sending someone but to this day no one came. BEWARE

Overall the oven/range works as it should. Good thing we bought the year extended warranty though. After 3 years the thermostat went locking the ovens shut and totally making the stovetop inoperable. It took a week for service to come out. Upon replacing the thermostat it was determined the convection oven motor and fan were full of junk and not working correctly either. The service man was supposed to come out the next Thursday but called out and they sent another guy Friday to complete the service but never sent the parts with him. Well its going to be another week til the convection oven hopefully gets repaired..

Cant use self clean of you do it blows a fuse. And completely locks the oven. Cant open doors display wont work etc Then there is no one in my area that can work on it it would have been several hundred dollars to fix if not for the fact that this must be a Very common problem. My husband found a youtube video on it and bought a new fuse and was able to fix it. But i can never use the self clean feature. And LG customer service basically said sorry we cant help you. Also from the tome i got it I feel is does not cook even. Bought a fridge at the same time it broke also

I bought this particular stove because of the small oven. It heats up in a quarter of the time my old oven preheated. Cooking for one it doesnt make sense to heat up a big oven for a small meal. The little oven works perfectly but also gives me the option to have a large oven when I need it. I also like the dual setting on the burners you can set the heat to the size of the pot. I never liked that most conventional stoves the large burner are in the back of the stove. it made it hard to cook. With the dual setting on the burner you can decide which pots you want to cook in the back and which pots you want in the front you are no longer driven by the size of the burner. I have several LG products I have found them to be very reliable.
