Lg portable 10k ac unit

We needed a multi purpose ac with heater unit . After some research we decided on thisn10k unit with heater . We have a bedroom thats on the 2nd floor that we shut the heat off in the winter and this will be perfect for us to maintain the desired temp all year .. the bonus is the dry feature that works really wellalong with the WiFi feature for setting the temp remotely prior to arriving home We highly recommend this unit for anyone thats limited on window space and for multi temp needs .

Ive had the AC unit for over a month and its performance has been perfect. Easy to set up and quick to learn. I havent had an issue with the unit and it has been running 24/7.

This is awesome The fact that it can be turned on/off remotely AND from your phone/tablet is a game changer You can even configure it with Google Home. Plus it has 4 functions: heat cold fan and de-humidifier. What more can you ask for? It comes with everything you need and everything is high quality

I was excited to replace my six year old LG unit and that quickly changed as the unit arrived defective not operating properly.I spent hours trying to resolve the issue with LG which is incredibly difficult .Finally they agreed to pick up the unit for a return/replacement which to date I have no communication as to where my new unit is My next action will be to contact my bank to refuse payment on the product which I do not have. I would not recommend anything from LG from my experience with them.
